Support moderation — review community comments, flag risks, and maintain tone across platforms

Report on impact — track engagement, rankings, and ROI
Job Specifications

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in content marketing or digital strategy

Knows their way around SEO tools and Google Analytics

Understands platform-specific best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Can manage clients, timelines, and expectations with confidence

Experience with content moderation tools (Sprinklr, Khoros, etc.)
