Profile Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented professional to manage client relationships and drive sales within our art gallery. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with a passion for art and sales. This role involves nurturing client relationships, managing the CRM database, product awareness to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Ø Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information and interaction history.

Ø Develop personalized communication strategies to engage collectors, art consultants, and potential buyers.

Ø Track and analyze client preferences and purchasing behavior to support targeted sales campaigns.

Ø Generate CRM reports and insights for management decision-making.

Sales & Business Development:

Ø Proactively reach out to prospective clients, art collectors, interior designers, and corporate buyers.

Ø Present and promote artworks to clients during gallery visits, and private viewings.

Ø Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by converting leads into sales.

Ø Negotiate prices, prepare quotations, and manage the end-to-end sales process.

Gallery Operations & Exhibitions:

Ø Assist in planning and executing gallery, art fairs, and promotional events.

Ø Collaborate with artists and curators to ensure optimal presentation and sales potential.

Ø Maintain up-to-date product knowledge about artists, artworks, and gallery collections.

Ø Provide an exceptional visitor experience by offering insights and guidance on artworks.

Marketing & Communication:

Ø Support the marketing team with CRM-driven email campaigns and client outreach.

Ø Coordinate digital engagement (newsletters, social media, etc.) to promote exhibitions and artworks.

Ø Prepare client presentations, catalogues, and digital sales materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

Ø bachelor’s degree in art management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Ø 4–6 years of experience in CRM management, art sales, or luxury retail.

Ø Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Ø Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ø Passion for art, culture, and design.

Ø Ability to work in a target-driven, client-facing environment.

Ø Well-groomed and professional demeanor.

Preferred:

Ø Experience in an art gallery, or luxury products industry.

Ø Network of art collectors or interior designers.

Ø Understanding of art market trends and artist representation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
