Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Assist in manpower planning in coordination with department heads.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Maintain candidate database and talent pipeline.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee queries, grievances, and escalate critical issues to management.
- Support employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and retention programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
3. HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination with accounts.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
- Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmations, and other HR documents.
4. Training & Development
- Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
- Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and skill development initiatives.
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
5. Performance Management
- Support in implementing appraisal systems and monitoring KPIs.
- Coordinate quarterly/annual review processes.
- Ensure feedback is documented and improvement plans are tracked.
6. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws).
- Support audits and maintain all statutory records.
- Assist in updating and enforcing HR policies in line with company standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Good knowledge of ESI and EPF filing, payroll management. : 4 years (Required)
