The Manager HR will oversee all human resources operations within the restaurant, ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and maintaining high employee morale to support the restaurant's overall goals.

Education:

  • Bachelor's /Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Proven track record of effective recruitment and employee relations management.
