Assistant Manager HR

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR with 3–4 years of hands-on HR experience to support and manage core human resource functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of HRIS systems, talent acquisition, payroll management, and the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee records, reporting, and compliance
  • Handle end-to-end talent acquisition, including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and coordination with finance for timely salary disbursement
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to confirmation, performance support, and exit management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for management review

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, payroll management, and HR operations
  • Sound understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
