Assistant Manager - HR

  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and personal files.
  • Ensure timely registration and updates of employees with EOBI and Social Security.
  • Maintain compliance with Labour Laws, EOBI regulations, and social security policies.
  • Assist in processing employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (attendance, benefits, leaves, etc.).
  • Coordinate with government departments and handle inspections or audits when required.
  • Address basic employee queries related to benefits, policies, and compliance.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
  • Support HR in drafting letters, memos, and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
