Assistant Manager - Logistics

Beacon Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager – Logistics to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination for solar equipment and related projects.

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager – Logistics will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring ERP accuracy, coordinating dispatch operations, and supervising warehouse staff while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and warehouse operations
  • Ensure stock accuracy and maintain ERP records
  • Plan dispatch and coordinate transportation activities
  • Maintain logistics documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and project teams
  • Ensure safe handling of high-value and fragile solar equipment
  • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safety compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Experience Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics (solar, electrical, construction, or engineering industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
  • Experience handling high-value and fragile equipment
