Assistant Manager Marketing

We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic Assistant Manager Marketing to support and drive our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in managing marketing campaigns. The candidate should be capable of leading and coordinating Graphic Design and Content Creation teams to ensure the delivery of impactful marketing materials aligned with the company's brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Lead, guide, and coordinate the Graphic Design and Content teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies to support business growth.
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing activities across social media, websites, and other online platforms.
  • Review and approve marketing content, creatives, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand business requirements and develop marketing solutions accordingly.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage social media calendars and content strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, product launches, activations, and promotional campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, and branding principles.
  • Experience in supervising or coordinating Graphic Design and Content teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles and creative review processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
