Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Assistant Manager Production to manage day-to-day production operations at our Production Department. The role is focused on production planning, output management, resource utilization, and maintaining consistent quality standards. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between production, planning, and quality teams to meet delivery timelines and operational targets efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall production operations to ensure daily output targets are achieved
• Plan and manage production schedules as per order timelines and delivery commitments
• Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, and Quality departments for smooth production flow
• Monitor material consumption and control wastage to maintain cost efficiency
• Ensure proper utilization of machinery and workforce productivity
• Supervise production processes to maintain consistent quality standards
• Implement in-process quality checks and minimize rejection
• Ensure preventive maintenance of machines to avoid production delays
• Track production KPIs and prepare daily/weekly performance reports
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for better efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Train and guide production staff to meet productivity and quality targets

Requirements

• Education : Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Industrial / Manufacturing preferred)
• Experience : Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Age : 28–38 years
• Gender : Male
• Skills : Leadership, communication, production planning, MS Excel / ERP familiarity

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
