Job Role:
- Identify and target construction projects (residential, commercial, institutional) for uPVC profiles.
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, and contractors.
- Visit project sites regularly to generate leads and promote uPVC window & door solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demos for decision-makers.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely deliveries.
- Track project pipelines from lead generation to execution and post-sales follow-up.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends in the uPVC segment.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on site visits, customer feedback, and sales progress.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of project sales experience, preferably in building materials (uPVC, aluminum, glass, façade, etc.).
- Experience in dealing with architects, builders, and contractors is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand project requirements.
- Self-motivated with good networking and relationship-building ability.
