Assistant Manager (Project Sales)

Job Role:

  • Identify and target construction projects (residential, commercial, institutional) for uPVC profiles.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, and contractors.
  • Visit project sites regularly to generate leads and promote uPVC window & door solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demos for decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely deliveries.
  • Track project pipelines from lead generation to execution and post-sales follow-up.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends in the uPVC segment.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on site visits, customer feedback, and sales progress.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of project sales experience, preferably in building materials (uPVC, aluminum, glass, façade, etc.).
  • Experience in dealing with architects, builders, and contractors is essential.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and understand project requirements.
  • Self-motivated with good networking and relationship-building ability.
