Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage Accounts Receivable operations, including payment collections, invoicing follow-ups, and customer account reconciliations. The role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records and effective coordination with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing-related matters efficiently.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections from corporate customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and receivable-related queries.
• Record and process customer payments accurately within the billing system.
• Prepare and maintain customer ledgers and reconciliation statements.
• Generate Accounts Receivable aging reports and support analysis for decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Proactively engage with customers on overdue invoices and payment commitments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance Operations.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/billing systems.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
