Assistant Manager - Sales

India

We are seeking a proactive and driven Digital Sales Executive to grow our business by building strong relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients in the North Region. The role involves driving revenue, ensuring regular engagement, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client & Agency Outreach:
  • Identify, connect, and pitch digital advertising solutions to agencies and direct clients.
  • Maintain a structured and detailed list of prospects, ensuring consistent reach-outs every week.
  • Business Development:
  • Conduct weekly meetings (virtual/in-person) with clients and agencies to present offerings and solutions.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted partner for their digital marketing needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Create and update a sales pipeline sheet with details of prospects, ongoing discussions, and conversions.
  • Track progress and ensure timely follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting new opportunities and upselling to existing clients.
  • Market Insights & Reporting:
  • Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and share insights with the team.
  • Prepare weekly reports on meetings, pipeline updates, and reach-out activities.


Requirements:
  • 1–4 years of experience in digital sales / media sales / advertising sales.
  • Strong network with agencies and direct brands (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for pipeline and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple accounts.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for digital advertising and sales.
