Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share for uPVC window & door profiles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, Shopkeepers, Fabricators and dealers across Lahore & Central Punjab.
• Conduct regular market visits, generate leads, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence for business growth.
• Achieve on-time sales target completion and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: At least 4 years of relevant sales experience in building materials, uPVC, or related industries.
• Age: 25 – 35 years.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage client relationships, and deliver results.
• Proficiency in MS Office and moderate computer literacy.
