Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Generate new business by identifying, contacting, and securing exhibitors and sponsors for assigned events.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous lead generation, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per management objectives.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

2. Business Development & Market Research

  • Analyze market trends, industry sectors, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Research potential industries and companies suitable for participation in exhibitions.
  • Prepare proposals, customized sales pitches, and presentations for prospective clients.

3. Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth event execution.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with internal departments for event planning, booth allocation, and payment follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or sales tracking sheets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
