Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing – Security Solutions | Karachi

Job Introduction:
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager Marketing & Sales to join our Karachi team. This role focuses on client onboarding, product awareness, and driving sales growth by promoting our advanced security and fire safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Onboard new clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
-Provide awareness and technical information about products (Fire Doors, Road Blockers, Turnstiles, Flap Barriers, Bollards, Tyre Killers, etc.).
-Identify business opportunities and generate leads in the Karachi market.
-Register the company with tenders and procurement departments of potential clients.
-Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals.
-Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
-Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements / Skills:

-1–3 years of relevant sales/marketing experience with a proven sales record.
-Strong communication and presentation skills.
-Basic technical understanding of security systems (preferred).
-Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
-Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Salary:

55,000 – 75,000 Rs / Month

**We offer a 3-month probation period with a stipend range of 45k-50k, leading to a permanent position based on performance evaluation. **

Karachi (Candidates must be based in Karachi)
