Here's your chance to step into the role of Assistant Manager   Sponsorship and Partnership- Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
- Sponsorship Sales Support: Assist in the sales process for sponsorships by preparing proposals and conducting outreach to potential clients
- Agreement Execution: Support the development of sponsorship agreements and liaise with the legal department for review and approval. Facilitate the execution of sponsorship and partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies
- Onboarding Activities: Coordinate onboarding activities for new sponsors and partners, sharing guidelines in collaboration with the marketing team
- Proposal Preparation: Draft sponsorship and partnership proposals that effectively communicate value propositions and plan partnership meetings and follow up
- Administrative activities: Prepare and submit all necessary sponsorship and partnership documents, including NDAs, permits, and approvals
- Financial Coordination: Assist with payment processes in collaboration with the finance department, including registration, invoicing, budgets etc.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments (Operations, Events, Marketing, Legal) to ensure smooth execution of sponsorship initiatives.
- Reporting and Tracking: Report on all weekly updates, track and report sponsorship deliverables, track budget revenue and expenses and ensure accountability consistently
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Lead Generation: Support business development initiatives by identifying potential leads
- Activity Tracking: Document and maintain daily activities and interactions related to sponsorships and partnerships
- Event Operations Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events for sponsors and partners, ensuring all logistical needs are met
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and communicate areas for improvement in processes and partnership strategies
