About the Role

As an Assistant Manager at Studio Frantzén by Björn Frantzén you will assist the Restaurant General Manager and the Assistant Restaurant General Manager in overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant's daily activities.

Responsibilities include training and developing team members, coordinating employees' schedules, ensuring that company standard operating procedures, policies and procedures are followed and consistently implemented; helping minimize operating costs, boosting employee retention, delivering outstanding guest service and overall customer satisfaction.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience within a luxury hotel, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role; previous international experience is also preferred. Team leadership skills and a high level of customer focus and ability to work under pressure, along with a hands on management style are important aspects of this role.
