Assistant Manager/Sales Associate

• Job Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell Hajj & Umrah packages to individuals and groups

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in Hajj & Umrah or travel industry is a plus
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Generate leads through calls, social media, and walk-in clients
• Guide customers about packages, visa process, hotels, and travel plans
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and travel agents
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Follow up with potential clients and close deals efficiently
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth booking and travel arrangements
• Keep updated with latest Saudi policies and package details
