Assistant Product Manager

Assistant Product Manager to lead different SW/HW products all together as per business requirements of the organization.

• Product Lifecycle Support: Assist in driving the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, including market research, requirement gathering, competitive analysis and operational guidelines.
• Requirements Management: Translate complex stakeholder needs into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and actionable tasks.
• Backlog & Sprint Management: Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) to ensure alignment with sprint goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, software, design, and project teams to ensure timely product delivery and that field execution matches design.
• Data Analysis & Monitoring: Monitor product performance, analyze user metrics, and gather feedback to inform product improvements.
• Technical Liaison: Act as a liaison between execution authorities and internal developers to clarify functional needs and technical integration details.
• Support & Documentation: Assist in the creation of product documentation, training materials, and support execution & sales teams with technical presentations & manuals

Skills:

• Technical Familiarity: Understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and APIs.
• Tools: Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience: Experience with ERPs, IoT devices, GIS, ITS, & Fleet Management systems.
• UI/UX: Familiarity with UX/UI best practices for mobile and web applications.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

• 2–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technical project management, preferably in digital transformation, SaaS, or transportation & ITS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
