Assistant Sales Manager (FMCG)

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager with proven FMCG experience to lead and grow our sales operations in Multan and Sahiwal regions. The ideal candidate will manage field teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure flawless execution of sales strategies in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Field Sales Officers / Territory Sales Officer.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and product penetration.
  • Manage distributor and retail network, ensuring smooth order flow, timely deliveries, and payment recovery.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, providing insights to management.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and visibility at retail outlets.
  • Regularly review sales performance reports, analyze gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in FMCG industry (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of retail, distribution, and sales operations.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be target-driven, energetic, and willing to travel extensively in Multan & Sahiwal regions.

Salary: 80,000-90,000+ other benefits
Location: Multan & Sahiwal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
