Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Experience :

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience supporting C-level executives preferred.
  • Excellent command of English written & verbal and strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email management tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks independently.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion under pressure.

Job Description :

Position Overview

The Personal Assistant to CEO will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining confidentiality in all matters. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and organize meetings, agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion.
  • Track and follow up on key tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • Conduct basic research and compile data for decision-making.
  • Assist in drafting communications, memos, and professional correspondence.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of directives.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and efficiency at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
