RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
-
Drive continuous sales growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Identify, research, and acquire new accounts while expanding business within existing accounts.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in Building Service Contractors, Office Building Services- facility management companies, and institutional clients like Industry and retail etc.

Secure new business opportunities within pricing and margin guidelines.

Monitor competitor activities, analyze effectiveness, and implement proactive/defensive strategies.

Support and lead customer training & education programs to strengthen adoption of Solenis solutions.
Territory & Distributor Management

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and annual objectives to maximize customer engagement and effectiveness.

Manage, develop, and motivate the distributor network to ensure strong market coverage and growth.

Take initiative in building rapport with key accounts in assigned territories.
Sales Reporting & Planning
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and funnel using Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Provide structured monthly updates to management on:

Progress against KPIs
-
Plans for upcoming month/quarter

Performance versus previous plans
Internal Stakeholder Management

Collaborate effectively with Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and Application Specialists to deliver Building Care business objectives.

Work closely with technical teams to design and present relevant value propositions to customers.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and standards.
Experience & Qualification:
-
7- 10 Years of overall Experience in B2B selling/Institutional Selling in Building Service Contractors, Office Building Services and institutional clients like Industry and retail etc. or related Segment.

Demonstrated proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships

Drive for results, Customer Focus, Integrity and trust. Passion for selling the product
