Job Title: Associate - HR & Admin

Location: Kandivali East.
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Source candidates effectively using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

HR Operations & Administration (30%)

  • Assist in payroll inputs and maintaining employee attendance records.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Handle HR documentation – appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and HRIS data.
  • Coordinate with vendors and assist in day-to-day administrative operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of payroll, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
