Key Responsibilities:


  • Policy
  • Formulation includes process guideline definition
  • Deploy the change management activities to implement the policy
  • with guidance from seniors and check on effectiveness of communication
  • Research
  • Benchmarking and Advisory HR Solutions
  • Participate in research benchmarking projects do data
  • consolidation basic analysis statistical modeling setting up of benchmarking
  • conversations etc

  • Systems and Processes Operations Management Deployment
  • Plan execute and monitor specific activities as guided by seniors

  • under the guidance of Lead General HR to help assess compliance levels
