What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate - Marketing Communications who will join our team at Grundig Türkiye Directorate in Arçelik Türkiye.

• Sole responsible of daily/monthly operations such as; invoice management, ZBB, budget file tracking, product request from warehouse & shipment, expense tracking,
• Support creation of marketing content including POSM, Product cards etc.,
• Manage and optimize the brand's presence accross platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience,
• Monitor and manage Grundig & Ruhun Doysun social media accounts on monthly basis,
• Collaborate with the product marketing team to create BRM pack,
• Help organize and promote events such as; Trade shows, fairs,

The position is located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Has passion & experience in building purposeful brands / brand communication ideas.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business growth.
• Understanding of AI tools and their Application in marketing work flow.
