We are looking for an Associate Sales and Service professional who can manage onsite IT support dispatching/service coordination while also contributing to business development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, solving problems, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Coordination & Dispatch
• Coordinate and schedule onsite IT support for clients.
• Track and monitor service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Customer Service
• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure services meet expectations.
• Business Development
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Assist with prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Support sales initiatives by preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, or dispatch.
• Proven experience in business development or sales support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of IT services or managed services is an asset (training provided).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
