Ast.Manager Sales & Marketing (Male)

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager to support our Sales & Marketing department. This role involves coordination with clients, assisting in managing online sales operations, developing distributor networks, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive sales growth through effective coordination and execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating with clients to ensure timely follow-ups, satisfaction, and project execution.
• visit distributor and corporate clients.
• Support in monitoring and improving online sales performance through follow-ups, content suggestions, and team coordination.
• Assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with distributors. Handle negotiations, terms, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and sales strategies across channels.
• Manage and expand relationships with clients, handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and ensure proper service delivery.
• Act as a liaison between the online sales team and marketing team to ensure aligned efforts and unified messaging.
• Conduct basic market research to identify new distributor opportunities and potential B2B leads.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to senior management on client status, sales performance, and distributor activity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, distribution channels, and online marketing.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills..
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
