A growing law firm with a national client base is looking for a talented Business / Corporate Attorney to join their team. This is a fully remote position - no office politics, no billable hour requirements, just great work and flexibility.

💼 Position: Business / Corporate Transactional Attorney

🌎 Location: 100% Remote (Must be barred in Pennsylvania )

🕒 Schedule: Flexible | No Billable Hour Requirement

What You’ll Do:

• Draft, review & negotiate business and corporate contracts
• Advise clients on entity formation, governance, and compliance
• Handle M&A transactions, asset purchases, and general corporate matters
• Work directly with clients across multiple industries

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar

✅ 3–10+ years of experience in business or corporate transactional law

✅ Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills

✅ A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and remote work flexibility

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $220,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
