Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City for an Automation Sales Engineer. The role involves managing sales processes, providing technical support, and fostering strong customer relationships. The specialist will identify client needs, present tailored automation solutions, and ensure seamless integration and support for industrial automation systems. Collaborating with customers and internal teams will be integral to driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales processes, with a knack for identifying and addressing client-specific needs
• Proficiency in Technical Support and problem-solving in the field of industrial automation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships and ensure excellent customer experiences
• A results-driven and self-motivated mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Experience in the industrial automation or electronics sector is highly desirable
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD450.000 - KD500.000 per month
