Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Maintenance Team Leader / Workshop Lead to assist and support the workshop manager in day-to-day workshop operations, coordinate work schedules, oversee sales and petty cash, and lead a team of technicians. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, customer service skills, and experience in the UAE or GCC automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day automotive maintenance and repair activities.
• Assign and coordinate tasks among technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Lead, support, and guide technicians to maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Assist in basic sales coordination and petty cash follow-up as required.
• Act as a point of contact between technicians, workshop management, and customers.
• Support customer communication by providing technical explanations when needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by helping resolve issues and supporting accurate job estimates.
• Maintain basic records related to work orders, repairs, and team performance.
• Support the Workshop Manager in daily workshop operations.

Requirements:

• Speak Urdu/Hindi/Arabic and English
• Visit Visa / Cancelled / Transferable approved
• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Automotive Mechanics or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years as an automotive technician.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a team leader/service advisor and customer service.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE or GCC automotive industry.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate work efficiently.
• Good sales and cash handling experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with major automotive brands.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
