The supervisor also handles client coordination, communicating with clients or service advisors regarding timelines and updates. Parts and inventory control requires coordinating with procurement for genuine parts and managing inventory. Finally, compliance and safety are essential, enforcing safety guidelines and ensuring vehicles comply with regulations and warranty standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Required experience typically includes at least 5 years in an automotive workshop, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably within a luxury environment. Deep technical expertise in high-end mechanical systems and diagnostic tools is necessary. Leadership skills are vital for managing, mentoring, and training a team. Proficiency in workshop management software and Microsoft Office is also required.
