Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients through online platforms and databases
- Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and other outreach methods
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations
- Create and manage prospect lists in CRM
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects via email and calls
- Maintain daily/weekly lead generation reports
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools
- Basic understanding of B2B sales process
- Email marketing and cold outreach knowledge
- CRM software experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Good research and data analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales
- Experience in IT/Digital Marketing/SaaS industry
- Proven track record of meeting lead targets
