B2B Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients through online platforms and databases
  • Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and other outreach methods
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Create and manage prospect lists in CRM
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Follow up with prospects via email and calls
  • Maintain daily/weekly lead generation reports

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales process
  • Email marketing and cold outreach knowledge
  • CRM software experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Good research and data analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales
  • Experience in IT/Digital Marketing/SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of meeting lead targets
