B2B Sales Executive USA

  • Drive new business and expand existing accounts within the U.S. commercial market
  • Sell IT hardware solutions (servers, storage, networking, laptops/desktops, peripherals, data center hardware)
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and channel partners
  • Engage with CIOs, IT managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
  • Work closely with OEMs, distributors, VARs, and system integrators
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and RFP/RFQ responses
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates (Salesforce or similar)
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
  • 3–8+ years of B2B sales experience in IT hardware or technology solutions
  • Proven success selling into the U.S. commercial or enterprise market
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware ecosystems
  • Experience working with OEMs (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.) and channel partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals
  • Comfortable with quota-driven, performance-based environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
