- Drive new business and expand existing accounts within the U.S. commercial market
- Sell IT hardware solutions (servers, storage, networking, laptops/desktops, peripherals, data center hardware)
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and channel partners
- Engage with CIOs, IT managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
- Work closely with OEMs, distributors, VARs, and system integrators
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and RFP/RFQ responses
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates (Salesforce or similar)
- Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- 3–8+ years of B2B sales experience in IT hardware or technology solutions
- Proven success selling into the U.S. commercial or enterprise market
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware ecosystems
- Experience working with OEMs (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.) and channel partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals
- Comfortable with quota-driven, performance-based environments
