Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic and creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, promoting our video production and digital marketing services, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. This role combines both outside sales and in-house client engagement, offering an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a vibrant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Promote video production and digital marketing services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, both in-house and through field visits
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred
- 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales
- Fluent in Malayalam and English; proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with both field and in-house sales
- Professional, presentable, and capable of representing a creative studio to corporate clients
