Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – UK Market (Cold Calling)

About Us:
We are a growing company expanding into the UK market, offering high-quality services tailored to businesses. To support this growth, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive who can build strong business relationships through proactive outreach.

Role Overview:
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by cold calling potential clients in the UK. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to confidently present our services to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses across the UK.
  • Identify and qualify leads, booking appointments with decision-makers.
  • Clearly present and explain our services to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or cold calling (UK market experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
