Job Title: B2C – Branded Shops Manager

Contract Type: IBS

Location: CFC, New Cairo

Reporting to: B2C Channel Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a B2C – Branded Shops Manager to lead and expand our network of branded shops through strategic distributor management, innovative retail execution, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is a proactive, field-oriented leader with a passion for retail excellence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the network of branded shops through strong distributor partnerships.
  • Drive performance optimization across all branded shops to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Develop and present innovative ideas and impactful initiatives to key business stakeholders and ensure successful execution.
  • Manage contract negotiations, investment planning, and rebate execution to support sustainable network growth.
  • Provide clear direction, targets, and continuous coaching to distributor shop teams.

Job Qualifications:

Travel Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel frequently across the republic (approx. 10 days per month outside Greater Cairo).

Industry Experience:

  • Preferably has experience in a similar role within the Lubricants or FMCG industries.

Language Skills:

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Comfortable working with field management systems/tools.

  • Organization: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
