Job Summary
Simply Connect is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our US Telecom B2C operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, verifying information, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and service requests accurately.
- Verify customer information and required documentation.
- Maintain and update records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with sales representatives and internal departments.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely activations.
- Identify and resolve order-related issues.
- Perform quality checks on submitted applications.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain data accuracy.
- Follow company policies and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Back Office Operations, Data Entry, Customer Support, or Telecom.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in US Telecom campaigns is preferred but not mandatory.
