Job Purpose

Drive and monitor performance to develop sales and profitability

Drive the Defined Fresh strategic initiatives implemntations

Ensure the implementation of good practices and compliance with procedures.
Functional Accountabilities
-
Perform periodical store visits to spot all areas of improvement and compliance to standards
-
Performe continuous coaching and extend support to stores’ associates
-
Provide periodical assessement & technical on job training to enhance stores’ staff skills
-
Design the required tools and modules that improving the staff knowledge and awerness, raising their capabilities to meet the company turn around projects
-
Act as a Key player for fresh department to bridge the gap between operations, Commercial, Supply chain & Quality
-
Product innovation (including conversions, new recipes and adding new products)
-
Monitor the store’s Fresh performance including sales, sales mix, margin, waste, days cover and audit scores and provide Guidance, action plans & solutions to improve performance
-
Responsible for new initiatives/projects implementations

Provide weekly insights on competitors’ & Market activities & Prices
-
Act as a subject matter expert for new item introduction in term of quality, Plano-Guide/Plano-gram as well as the implementation plans to ease and lead the execution effectively

Provide/report feedback on lack of resources as per agreed plan
Education
Experience, Skills & Competencies
-
5 years of technical experience in relevent Fresh food section with in-depth knowledge, product feature
-
Coaching skills, Team player, Cross function team skills visual merchanting management, shrinkage management
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Application

Analatical & Reporting skills

Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Communication skills (English & Arabic)
