BANK SALES COORDINATOR

The Bank Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing booking reports, pushing cases with banks, maintaining MIS, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring full compliance with bank and regulatory requirements. The role acts as a key link between sales teams, banks, operations, and compliance departments to ensure smooth and timely case processing.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales & Case Management
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly booking reports.
  • Track all submitted cases and actively push pending cases with banks for faster approvals.
  • Follow up with bank relationship managers on application status, approvals, rejections, and disbursements.
  • Ensure accurate updating of case status in internal systems.

MIS & Reporting :

  • Maintain accurate MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review.
  • Share regular performance reports with sales managers and senior management.
  • Reconcile booking data with bank confirmations and internal records.

Coordination & Communication ;

  • Coordinate closely with sales teams, operations, bank representatives, and internal departments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and banks for documentation and case updates.
  • Support sales team with required information, bank criteria, and documentation requirements.

Requirements & Skills :

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience in Banking ( Mandatory).
  • Excellent Command over English & Hindi.
  • Very strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
