Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Barista with strong communication skills and a proven ability to upsell and cross-sell. The ideal candidate understands speciality coffee and the broader F&B environment, delivers excellent customer service, and actively contributes to increasing sales while maintaining high quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages consistently
• Engage customers confidently and professionally
• Actively upsell and cross-sell (add-ons, upgrades, promotions)
• Provide menu guidance and product recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Handle POS orders and cash/card transactions accurately
• Support daily operations and teamwork within the café

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista (specialty coffee preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer-interaction skills
• Strong sales mindset with proven upselling ability
• Solid knowledge of F&B operations and café workflows
• Professional attitude, punctual, and well-presented
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• English is mandatory (Arabic is a plus)
