Barista

Job Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming café experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to recipes and standards
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Handle milk, syrups, and ingredients safely and correctly
• Assist with restocking supplies and inventory control
• Upsell menu items when appropriate
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements & Skills

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role (preferred)
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
