Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso, coffee, and specialty beverages to Matter More Coffee standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and café
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Operate POS accurately
• Restock inventory and maintain bar readiness

Requirements

• Must meet North Carolina minimum working age requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
