Role Overview:

As a Barista, you'll be the face of our specialty coffee service, educating customers on our menu, making recommendations, and ensuring every cup is perfect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on our premium drinks menu.
• Make recommendations and upsell special items.
• Take and prepare orders efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and suggestions.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment.
• Ensure all stations are stocked.
• Report safety hazards and equipment issues.
• Provide fast, friendly service, and build customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in specialty coffee.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of brewing equipment.
• Ability to work various shifts.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
