Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages as well delicious food and bakery with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, personalized service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
• Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures diligently to uphold health standards across all areas.
• Assist in training new team members to uphold service excellence and operational consistency.
• Contribute to a lively team environment by supporting colleagues during busy periods and fostering positive interactions.

Requirements

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a lively, positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to connect with diverse customers and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment.

Pay: $11.00 - $19.00 per hour
