Job Overview

Turn Up Technologies is looking for a highly motivated Bark Sales & Closing Specialist responsible for converting inbound Bark leads into paying clients. The role requires managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and discovery calls to solution presentation and deal closing for web development, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and e-commerce projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to consult with international clients, and a proven capability to close high-value digital service projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to Bark leads through messages, calls, and emails.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, project scope, timelines, and budget.
• Present tailored web, app, SaaS, and e-commerce solutions based on client needs.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to deal closure.
• Handle client objections and negotiations effectively to close deals.
• Convert inbound leads into projects ranging from $3,000 – $25,000.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships for potential repeat business and referrals.
• Track sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in conducting discovery calls with international clients.
• Experience in full-cycle sales or closing roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling web development, mobile apps, SaaS, or digital services.
• Familiarity with inbound lead platforms such as Bark or Upwork.
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket digital service projects.

Working Hours

• Availability during US Business Hours is required.
