Location : Multiple Project Sites(in Lahore)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Batching Plant Operations Manager to oversee operations across three batching plants at our project sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and timely concrete supply for our high-rise developments, including residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects.

The ideal candidate will be someone who understands both the technical and practical side of plant operations and can manage teams, resources, and timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of three batching plants across different sites.
• Ensure all plants remain fully operational with minimal downtime.
• Plan production in line with site requirements and project timelines.
• Keep a close check on material stock levels, based on usage and upcoming demand.
• Monitor operations to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
• Prepare simple and clear reports (planned vs. actual production) for management.
• Keep control over costs and ensure resources are being used effectively.
• Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and logistics for smooth operations.
• Supervise plant staff and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the quality of concrete meets project standards.
• Oversee routine maintenance and ensure quick resolution of breakdowns.
• Make sure all activities follow safety and HSE guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience: 10–12 years in batching plant operations, preferably within high-rise construction projects.
• Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of plant operations, concrete production, and maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and handle teams effectively.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
