BD specialist (EMR/ Healthcare-SaaS)

Position: Business Development Executive (SaaS)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard EMR and healthcare technology vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendor stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify, evaluate, and qualify potential vendors and partnership opportunities.
  • Execute outreach strategies through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to drive vendor acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of vendors.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly vendor acquisition targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Vendor Partnerships (experience in Healthcare SaaS, EMR, or EHR is preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare or healthtech ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively during US business hours.
