Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Quadrant IT Services in the Middle East.
  • Nurture and gain new customers and accounts through efficient networking and negotiations of sales deals to build business opportunities
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to closing and drive end-to-end sales cycles in collaboration with internal consulting and delivery teams.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through market intelligence, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Manage partnerships and alliances to expand the firm’s footprint and service offerings.
  • Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and pitch presentations.
  • Represent Quadrant IT Services at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, IT Consulting, and/or IT solution Sales environment.
  • Strong network within banking, financial, or insurance, retail, transportation & supply chain, manufacturing, telecommunication, and CPG markets in the Middle East.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of core Systems Integration, software engineering, QA, Cyber Security, DevOps, Cloud, and digital transformation technologies.
  • Previous experience working with or for an IT Consulting and/or custom software development solutions company.
