Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) – Upwork/Fiverr Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, PeoplePerHour, and other portals. This role requires excellent communication, proposal writing, and client management skills to bring in quality leads and long-term projects for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Write professional proposals and win projects.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements.
• Negotiate scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with the technical team on estimations.
• Maintain client relationships and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience with Upwork/Fiverr bidding.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services (e.g., web/dev, design, marketing).
• Self-driven with good negotiation and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 per month
