Job Title: Billing Executive – Production (Experienced)
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Shift: Morning Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Executive – Production to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in charge entry and claim submission, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and meeting productivity targets to optimize revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies in a timely manner
• Perform charge entry with a high level of accuracy and ensure compliance with billing guidelines
• Verify patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and authorization details before claim submission
• Review and resolve claim edits, rejections, and front-end denials
• Coordinate with AR and QA teams to address billing issues and improve claim acceptance rates
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality benchmarks
• Stay updated with payer policies, billing regulations, and industry best practices
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and company compliance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 6 month - 1 year of experience in medical billing (Production/Charge Entry)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM processes
• Hands-on experience with claim submission portals and billing software/EMR systems
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage workload under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
• Experience with denial management and claim scrubbing tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management and multitasking abilities
